A 50% reservation retainer (deposit) is required to reserve service time and is applied toward the final service total. This retainer may also be entered at another rate at the discretion of the business. The reservation retainer is non-refundable but may be transferred one time with more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the reservation retainer and the remaining balance of the reserved service will be due resulting in the full price of the service. If a reservation is made just before or within 24 hrs of the service time, then canceled or changed, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Additionally, being more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may also be treated as a same-day cancellation. Appointments are reserved in advance and time is held exclusively for each client. Reserving an appointment means that time is unavailable for other clients to reserve. In anticipation for reserved services, the business makes paid preparations, scheduling commitments, and may arrange licensed support professionals in advance. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and authorize the card on file to be charged for any balance due for reserved services. Services are provided by a business operating under the name Wilde Wafa.
