Cancellation Policy
A 50% reservation retainer (deposit) of the estimated total is required to reserve service time and is applied toward the final service total. The reservation retainer is non-refundable but may be transferred up to one time with more than 24 hours notice.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the reservation retainer and the remaining balance of the reserved service will be due resulting in the full price of the services reserved.
Scheduling a reservation creates a binding reservation of the Artist’s time. A reservation is considered active whether or not a retainer has been paid and remains reserved until the client cancels or reschedules it in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
If a reservation is made just before or within 24 hrs of the service time, then canceled or changed, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Additionally, being more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may also be treated as a same-day cancellation.
